  2. We accept refunds within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.

  3. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at 03113335888 , and provide us with your order details and the reason for the refund.

  4. Once we receive your request, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets our refund policy requirements. If the product is eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 2 or 3 days.

  5. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  6. In the case of a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product free of charge or provide a full refund, including shipping fees.
